Terms of Service

1. Eligibility & Account Registration

The Service is intended for use by individuals and entities who meet the eligibility criteria described during onboarding, including any applicable age, residency, accreditation, or suitability requirements. You represent that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete, and you agree to promptly update such information if it changes.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Bali Property Investment reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.

2. Description of the Service

Bali Property Investment provides a decision-intelligence platform designed to support investment analysis and portfolio-related decision-making. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nothing in the Service constitutes personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice, and outputs generated by the Service should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any decision.

Bali Property Investment does not guarantee any particular outcome, return, or result from use of the Service, and past performance of any methodology, model, or strategy referenced within the Service is not indicative of future results.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, related systems, or other users' accounts; (d) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service; (e) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code or underlying methodology of the Service except as permitted by law; or (f) use the Service to build a competing product.

Bali Property Investment reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this section and to suspend or terminate access where a violation is reasonably believed to have occurred.

4. Fees & Payment

Certain features of the Service may require payment of fees as described during onboarding or in a separate order form. Unless otherwise stated, fees are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes, are non-refundable, and are subject to change upon reasonable prior notice. Continued use of the Service after a fee change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, software, design elements, methodologies, trademarks, and other materials made available through the Service are the property of Bali Property Investment or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bali Property Investment grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for its intended purpose. No other rights are granted by implication or otherwise.

6. Confidentiality & Data

Each party may have access to confidential or proprietary information of the other in connection with use of the Service. Each party agrees to use such information solely for purposes contemplated by these Terms and to protect it using reasonable care. Handling of personal data is further described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference.

7. Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bali Property Investment disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing or usage of trade. Bali Property Investment does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any analytical output will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your particular circumstances.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Bali Property Investment and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or investment value, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Bali Property Investment's total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bali Property Investment, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

10. Suspension & Termination

Bali Property Investment may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, including for breach of these Terms, non-payment of fees, or where required by law or regulatory obligation. You may terminate your account at any time by following the process described during onboarding. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, confidentiality, disclaimers, and limitation of liability, will survive.

11. Changes to the Service & Terms

Bali Property Investment may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. Bali Property Investment may also update these Terms from time to time; material changes will be communicated through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Bali Property Investment is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles [jurisdiction to be specified]. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, or to another dispute resolution mechanism as may be specified in a separate agreement.

13. General Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. These Terms, together with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bali Property Investment with respect to the Service and supersede any prior agreements. Bali Property Investment's failure to enforce any right or provision shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. You may not assign these Terms without Bali Property Investment's prior written consent; Bali Property Investment may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
